At VELISSA, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer the following return conditions:

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product meets these conditions:

• The wig has not been worn, washed, or altered
• It is in its original packaging
• It has not been dyed, cut, or treated with excessive heat

Exchanges: We accept size or length exchanges within 30 days if the product is in its original condition.

Non-returnable items:

• Wigs that have been worn or installed
• Sale or clearance items
• Personal hygiene items (bonnets, wig caps)

Process: Email us at venisse088@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
